Attorney Martinez practices in immigration and criminal law, with a focus on deportation defense before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), where she zealously advocates for individuals and families facing deportation. She also represents clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) involving a range of immigration benefits, including lawful permanent residence and U.S. citizenship.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Prior to joining the Firm, Attorney Martinez worked as a litigation associate at a major Boston law firm, where she handled a range of civil litigation matters. She also worked with the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office, where she gained hands-on courtroom experience in criminal matters.

Attorney Martinez is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She has also been admitted pro hac vice in Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.

Attorney Martinez is fluent in Spanish.
