Experience and Qualifications
Keith Garland joined Rubin Pomerleau, PC in August 2026, bringing extensive experience in criminal prosecution, trial practice, and civil litigation. At the firm, he focuses on matters at the intersection of criminal and immigration law, including appeals and Motions for New Trial, and also leads the firm's Wills, Estates, and Trusts and personal injury work. Prior to joining the firm, he served for approximately 12 years as an Assistant District Attorney in Plymouth County, where he prosecuted complex felony cases, including homicides, firearm violations, and gang-related violent crimes. During his tenure, Attorney Garland tried hundreds of cases to verdict and argued over 500 motion hearings. He also served for 3 years in the appellate unit. At
After his public service, Attorney Garland spent more than five years in private practice with Jack Diamond Law and Burke, Whittum, and Leahy, where he continued his criminal work and built a strong foundation in civil litigation and handled Wills, Estates, and Trusts matters.
Attorney Garland is admitted to the Massachusetts bar and Federal District Court of Massachusetts.
