Experience and Qualifications
Meridian Matthews joined Rubin Pomerleau in August 2024. She has been assisting with the preparation, review, and submission of USCIS applications, preparing for interviews including asylum, green card, marriage petition and citizenship. She has also been assisting with immigration court representation at bond, master, and individual hearings by preparing and filing motions, applications, and supporting evidence. She also assists with preparing and drafting habeas petitions and responses to federal district courts.
Prior to joining the firm, she attended law school and participated in several clinics, giving her experience with court representation, drafting motions, and helping individuals understand their legal situations under the supervision of an attorney.
